Four people have been sent to hospital following a shooting and crash in Airdrie, a community north of Calgary.
Airdrie RCMP were called to a crash on Bayside Boulevard S.W., between Eighth Street and Canals Link, at approximately 6 a.m.
Police say the vehicle involved in the crash was “in an altercation with several other vehicles” and that several shots had been fired.
All the victims were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
RCMP say the shooting is believed to be targeted and there is no risk to the public.
