Users are reporting issues accessing Instagram Friday morning, according to online tracker Downdetector.com.
The website recorded 9,500 problem reports just before 10 a.m. ET.
Most users reported issues with the app (58 per cent), while others noted issues logging in (21 per cent) or server connection issues (11 per cent).
A spokesperson for Meta, Instagram’s parent company, acknowledged the issues on X.
“We’re aware people are currently having trouble accessing our services. We’re working on it,” wrote Andy Stone, vice president of communications for the company.
