Ottawa’s official residence for the prime minister, 24 Sussex Drive, is in the market for a makeover.

It’s been 11 years since the last prime minister has lived there, and today, Prime Minister Mark Carney put out a call to Canadian firms for proposals that are “ambitious, achievable, and cost effective.”
