Fort St. John RCMP said in a statement Friday that the 31-year-old woman and her one-month-old son had not been seen in person since July 9. They were reported missing Thursday.
“Police and family are concerned for their wellbeing,” the detachment wrote in the statement, describing it as “out of character” for the woman to be out of contact for so long.
In an update Saturday, police thanked the public for its assistance in finding the missing pair.
