Charges are pending after an on-ice confrontation spilled into the hallways during a junior hockey game in Rama, Ontario Thursday afternoon.

It all started when two players got into a fight and were kicked out of a Greater Metro Junior A Hockey League tournament game at the Mnjikaning Arena Sports Complex.

Those two players then came face-to-face in a hallway where the fight continued.

At that point, police say two players from one of the teams involved and a parent of a player from that same team joined in on the fight.

Nobody was seriously injured as a result, though one of the players was looked over by paramedics at the scene.

According to Sgt. Larry Martin of the Rama First Nation Police, one of the players is looking to press charges in connection with the incident.
