Update: Court documents obtained by CP24.com show Allan Bortnick was found not guilty on all charges, in a ruling issued on April 18, 2018.
A Forest Hill doctor accused of sexually assaulting a patient is facing an additional charge after a second victim came forward.
The suspect, who works as a chiropractor and naturopath at a clinic on Eglinton Avenue near Bathurst Street, was arrested in April in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a female patient during her treatment.
At the time, police said they believed that the suspect may have additional victims and on Thursday officers arrested Dr. Allan Bortnick, 66, and charged him in the alleged sexual assault of another patient.
Police say they believe other victims may still be out there.
