Céline is so back.
The Quebec icon on Thursday unveiled “Dansons” (Let’s Dance), a new song written by collaborator Jean-Jacques Goldman, the duo’s first track together since 2016.
Céline Dion released a snippet of the new song on social media at midnight Paris time before the full release, Noovo Info reported.
“Dansons au-dessus des abîmes, aux arêtes des cimes,” she sings in the new track. “Volons, valsons, dansons... Puisque le monde ne tourne plus rond...”
In the new song, Céline Dion celebrates resilience and fighting spirit in the face of the world’s turmoil, while also reflecting on her own health struggles.
Goldman and Céline worked together on the album “D’eux” in 1995, the best-selling French-language album of all time. They produced the song “Encore un soir” a year later.

The upcoming single comes after she announced on March 30 that she is making her long-awaited return to the stage with a series of shows in Paris in September.
Her comeback was only made possible after improvements in her health after struggling with Stiff Person Syndrome, an incurable autoimmune disorder.
After initially announcing 10 shows at the Paris La Defense Arena in Paris beginning Sept. 12, she added six new dates.
Dion has sold more than 260 million albums as part of a career spanning decades. She also has Grammy awards to her name.
