A public visitation for Tommy Hunter, the country music legend known as “Canada’s Country Gentleman,” has been announced.
It will be held Thursday at Needham Funeral Service on Dundas Street, with visiting hours scheduled from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Photos and memorabilia spanning Hunter’s decades-long career will be on display for those wishing to pay their respects.
A private funeral service for family members will be held at a later date.
Hunter died July 2. He was 89.
