If you’ve ever dreamed of seeing your favourite game show live and in person, now is your chance and you won’t even have to travel far.
Known as America’s favourite game show, the Price is Right Live is making a stop at Casino Rama Resort next spring.
The live, interactive touring stage production, which is non-televised, is based on the popular show.
Contestants, which are chosen at random prior to the show, can play in games like Plinko, Cliffhangers, The Big Wheel and Showcase in order to win prizes or cash.
And for the first time, contestants can participate in Secret X - a tic-tac-toe pricing game.
Something different for this season is a trip for two to Los Angeles to see a taping of The Price is Right. Included in the prize is round-trip airfare, hotel and studio tickets.
The Price is Right Live has been touring North America for more than 20 years, giving away $15 million in cash and prizes.
“With new games, new surprises, and a Hollywood getaway, there’s never been a better time to hear the three words everyone hopes for...Come On Down… You Could Be Next!” Casino Rama Resort says in a release.
The television game show is one of the longest-running TV shows in history, beginning in 1972 on CBS, hosted by Bob Barker.
The shows are scheduled for Apr. 30, 2027 at 9 p.m. and May 1, 2027 at 8 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster with a pre-sale on now. For the general public, tickets will go on sale on Friday at 10 a.m.
The live show will also make stops in Chatham, Kitchener, Brantford and London with Casino Rama the only location north of Toronto.

How the games work
Plinko: The contestant must correctly identify the prices of small prizes, which earns them Plinko chips. The contestant takes their chips and slots them into the game board with each slot containing money amounts of up to $10,000.
Cliffhangers: The contestant has to guess the prices of three small prizes and for every dollar they’re away from the price, a mountain climber takes a step up the mountain. If the climber doesn’t exceed 25 steps after all the prize bids, the contestant wins a bonus prize.
The Big Wheel: Contestants can spin a giant wheel with each section having cash values of between 5 cents and $1. The goal is to get as close to $1 as possible without going over.
Showcase: Two contestants have to bid on prizes and whoever comes the closest to the actual price without going over wins.
Secret X: The contestant has to put three X’s in a row that they’ve earned through guessing prices of prizes. Those X’s need to be placed either horizontally, vertically or diagonally on a classic tic-tac-toe board, using a concealed X in the centre column.
