A girl is in hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Scarborough on Friday afternoon.
It happened at the intersection of Birchmount Road and Eglinton Avenue East at around 3 p.m.
Police said the victim sustained a leg injury. She was taken to a trauma centre in serious but stable condition.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, police said.
