TORONTO -- Toronto police have charged an 81-year old pastor with sexually assaulting two members of his congregation.
The man made his first court appearance yesterday.
Police allege he assaulted two female members of his congregation -- one in her 40s, the other under 20 -- on several occasions between May and September of last year.
They allege that all of the assaults occurred at the Prayer Palace Church (1111 Arrow Road), and also say they believe there could be other victims.
Paul David Melnichuk has been charged with five counts of sexual assault.
