Tridel president Jim Ritchie “It feels amazing, it really does on so many levels,” said Tridel’s president, Jim Ritchie.
“It’s kind of a pun, dealing with the height of this building, but it’s fun to have some participation in a super tall building which up until today didn’t exist in Canada.”
One Bloor West One Bloor West is set to have 470 residential unit as well as a five-star hotel and restaurants.

Babak Eslahjou, Core Architects “(It’s) very gratifying. It’s an unbelievable feeling,” said Babak Eslahjou of Core Architects.
“You sometimes forget about it because you have so many other things to do, and all of a sudden, oh geez we did that, it’s quite a good feeling.”
