Dining at a hotel isn’t just reserved for out-of-town visitors, as OpenTable says more and more locals are heading to these restaurants for a night out. From rooftop terraces to cozy hotel bars, OpenTable named these 50 hotel restaurants the best in Canada in 2026.

OpenTable unveiled its second annual list spotlighting the 50 best hotel restaurants across Canada. “These venues have become dining destinations in their own right, pulling in locals just as much as travellers,” Matt Davis, head of North America Hotels at OpenTable said in the release. Most Canadians have dined at a hotel restaurant About 90 per cent of Canadians have eaten at a hotel restaurant, even if they were not staying at that property, according to OpenTable research. Within the last six months, nearly half of Canadians (49 per cent) visited a hotel restaurant, with more locals dropping in to eat year over year (about a 13 per cent rise).
