Police have charged an officer in connection with an assault during the G20 protests last summer.
Const. Babak Andalib-Goortani has been charged with assault with a weapon.
Police allege Andalib-Goortani hit a woman with his baton around Queen's Park on Saturday Jun 26, 2010.
Ontario's Special Investigation's Unit had previously charged Andalib-Goortani, 30, with assault with a weapon in connection with the videotaped beating of Adam Nobody.
Nobody, 27, had his nose and cheekbone fractured during his arrest last June 26.
