STRATFORD, Ont. - A prayer service will be held Friday evening for the victims of a crash that killed 11 people near Stratford, Ont., on Monday.

The non-denominational service organized by the Diocese of London is scheduled for 7 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stratford.

The diocese says the service is for victims of the crash and their families, as well as to recognize emergency personnel.

Ten migrant workers in a van and a truck driver died when the truck broadsided the van Monday afternoon in Hampstead, a tiny community northeast of Stratford.

Three people in the van survived and were taken to hospitals.
