OSHAWA, Ont. - The Special Investigations Unit is probing the circumstances surrounding a fatal motorcycle crash in Oshawa, Ont.
A 31-year-old Oshawa man driving a motorcycle Wednesday afternoon hit another vehicle and he died of his injuries in hospital.
The driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries.
At the time of the collision, Durham Region police were conducting radar in the same area.
The SIU has not indicated how the radar operation and the crash might be connected.
The SIU investigates all incidents between the police and public which result in death or serious injury.
