Toronto police are searching for a number of suspects following three armed home invasions in the city’s northwest end on Friday.

According to police, two men, one armed with a handgun, forced their way into an apartment in the Jane Street and Wilson Avenue area at around 4:30 p.m.

The suspects fled the scene empty handed.

In the next incident, police say two men, one armed with a handgun, attempted to force their way into an apartment in the Jane Street and Sheppard Avenue area at around 5:30 p.m.

The suspects fled the scene empty handed in a dark, newer model vehicle with a loud exhaust, police said.

The first suspect is described as black, 18 to 25 years old, six feet tall to six-foot-three, 160 to 180 pounds with a full beard and black hair.

The second suspect is described as black, five-foot-eight to five-foot-10, 200 pounds and unshaven.

Roughly two hours later, police say three men, one armed with a handgun, entered an apartment in the Keele Street and Finch Avenue West area.

The suspects fled the scene on foot after obtaining $900, police said.

The first suspect is described as black, with a dark complexion, 22 years old, five-foot-nine and 200 pounds.

The second suspect is described as black, with a dark complexion, 18 to 20 years old, five-foot-eight and 150 pounds.

The third suspect is described as black, with a dark complexion, 22 years old, six-foot-two and 180 pounds.
