As if gridlock and gas prices aren't enough, Toronto drivers can now add parking prices to their list of commuter complaints.

A new survey from global real estate firm Colliers International released Wednesday lists Toronto as the country's second most expensive city for parking.

According to the survey, Toronto drivers pay an average of $332 dollars per month on parking, a 1.2 per cent drop from last year's cost.

The survey lists Calgary as Canada's most expensive city for parking, with an average monthly cost of $472. Calgary is also listed as the second most expensive place to park in North America.

The rankings of the other cities surveyed:

3. Montreal, Que. $296.21

4. Vancouver, B.C. $287.98

5. Edmonton, Alta. $275.00

6. Ottawa, Ont. $195.00

7. Victoria, B.C. $184.80

8. Saskatoon, Sask. $170.00

10. Halifax, N.S. $166.75

11. Winnipeg, Man. $152.25

12. Kitchener-Waterloo, Ont. $128.24

While the cost may seem high, consider this: parking in London, England's city centre, the most expensive place to park in the world, runs US$1,084 per month.
