Mark Deicsics, 18, has been charged with robbery while armed with a firearm and fail to comply with recognizance.
The victim of the shooting, a 16-year-old teen, has been charged with robbery while armed with a firearm. His name cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
