WELLAND, Ont. - Police say two men are facing charges after a group of boys was assaulted and robbed in Welland.

Police say four teens were approached Friday night near Matthews School on Southworth Street.

The four teens were robbed of various items and two of them were able to flee.

However, the other two, both 13 years of age, were further assaulted and were treated in hospital and released.

Jason Robichaud, 24, and Jacob Toth, 20, face charges including robbery, uttering threats and assault causing bodily harm.

Robichaud and Toth were scheduled to appear today in St. Catharines bail court.
