Two men are in custody Wednesday morning after police responded to a gun call at a Tim Horton's in Vaughan.
York Regional Police arrived at about midnight to Cityview Boulevard, near Highway 400 and Major MacKenzie Drive after receiving reports of a gun outside the restaurant.
No one was injured, but two men were taken into custody. Police say the incident is still under investigation.
Police will not confirm where the suspects were found, but reports from the scene say at least one of them was discovered on Highway 400 near the on-ramp from westbound Major Mackenzie Drive after fleeing by foot.
