A man in his twenties is recovering in hospital after he was shot at a strip mall near Kennedy Road and Finch Avenue early Tuesday morning.
Police say they showed up at the plaza to find several bullet holes in the building and shell casings on the ground - but no victim.
A short while later a victim showed up at hospital with a bullet wound. He's expected to survive but police say he's not co-operating with investigators.
A suspect is in police custody.
