Police seek suspect accused of confining and assaulting victim

Investigators are looking for Phoenix Macrae-Therien. The 26-year-old is wanted on several charges including forcible confinement and assault. Police allege the suspect confined the victim inside an apartment, threatened to kill them and assaulted them with a weapon multiple times.
