When you book a flight, you usually get the base fare, and you want, you can pay extra to choose a seat, extra legroom, or upgrade to business class or premium seating. However, an Ontario couple that paid an extra $2,100 to upgrade their seats to premium seating were shocked when the aircraft they boarded for their first flight didn’t offer premium seats and they were not offered a refund.
