Fourth arrest in shooting deaths of 18-year-old and 20-year-old in Riverdale

18-year-old Quentin Caza and 20-year-old Jeremy McNeil were killed in the Riverdale neighbourhood. 20-year-old Kyle Taylor is charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
