Toronto feels like -8 this morning as frigid conditions kick off the work week

CP24 meteorologist Bill Coulter provides an update on weather conditions in Toronto and parts of the GTA.

Toronto is off to a frigid start to the work week with the temperature feeling like -8 on Monday morning.

Environment Canada says Toronto will see a high of just 3 C today, about nine degrees cooler than normal for this time of year.

Tuesday will start off with more chilly conditions, feeling like -7 in the morning. By the afternoon, the temperature is expected to climb to a high of 9 C.

More seasonable conditions return on Wednesday, which will see sunshine and a high of 15 C. A daytime high of 16 C is in the forecast for both Thursday and Friday, but Toronto could see showers to close out the work week.

Rain and a high of 13 C is expected on Saturday and Sunday will see an identical daytime high but with sunshine instead of showers.
