A man located without vital signs in Brampton early Tuesday morning has died, Peel police have confirmed.

The 38-year-old man, whose name has not been released, was found in the snow on a pathway outside an apartment building on Eastbourne Drive, near Torbram Road and Clark Boulevard, at around 5:20 a.m.

The temperature was -13 C at the time.

In a tweet sent out Tuesday evening, Peel police confirmed the man had died.

“At this point the circumstances are not suspicious,” police said.
