A male cyclist in his 20s has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Don Mills.
The man was struck at the intersection of Don Mills Road and Lawrence Avenue at around 8:20 p.m.
He was taken to a trauma centre with serious injuries, Toronto Paramedic Services said. Police said he suffered extensive injuries to his face.
The southbound lanes of Don Mills Road have been closed from Lawrence Avenue to The Donway and the westbound lanes of Lawrence Avenue have been closed at The Donway East as police investigate the collision.
The cause of the collision has not yet been determined, police said.
