A male motorcyclist is dead after a two-vehicle collision in Brampton overnight.
The accident happened shortly before 12:30 a.m. at Bovaird Drive and Heritage Road.
Peel Regional Police say the driver of the motorcycle was without vital signs when police arrived on scene and was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the car sustained only minor injuries and is cooperating with investigators, police say.
The name of the motorcyclist has not been released.
Bovaird Drive was blocked in both directions from Heritage Road to Mississauga Road for several hours Friday morning.
Police have not yet disclosed the cause of the fatal crash.
