It’s -1C this morning, with temperatures anticipated to reach 4C by this afternoon. Clouds will be thick this morning, but are expected to dissipate by this afternoon. A low of -2C overnight.

Traffic:

Finch Avenue is closed between Humber College Boulevard and Highway 27 due to a homicide investigation in the area. As a result, the TTC’s 36 Finch and 96E Wilson buses are on diversion. Also, the 95 York Mills route is on diversion westbound at Neilson and Ellesmere roads. There are delays of between 7 and 12 minutes on GO Transit’s Lakeshore West, Richmond Hill, Barrie and Milton lines.
