We could be in for some wet weather later this afternoon. Environment Canada is calling for showers beginning this afternoon with the possibility of a thunderstorm. The national weather agency says a high of 28C is in the forecast today.

HEADLINES:

A discovery at the Pan Am Park has led officials to beef up security at some of the park’s venues, a Pan Am spokesperson confirms.

A man accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old boy at an East York swimming pool has been arrested, Toronto police confirm.
