One person was taken into custody after an early-morning home invasion in Scarborough.
Police say the suspect entered a home on Invergordon Avenue near Markham Road and Sheppard Avenue at around 1 a.m.
Once inside, police say the suspect was confronted by the homeowner. The homeowner then held the suspect on scene until police arrived.
It is not immediately clear why the suspect entered the home in the first place.
Police say a family with four children lived at the address.
