A 52-year-old man is facing charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted two females on the city’s subway system on Sunday afternoon.

Police allege that the suspect sexually assaulted a girl on board a train at College Station at around 3:50 p.m.

It is further alleged that the same man then sexually assaulted a female at Bloor-Yonge Station shortly thereafter. Police say they are still trying to locate the victim in that incident.

Marek Kaszuba, 52, of Toronto, was arrested on Sunday and charged with two counts of sexual assault and one count of sexual interference.

Speaking with CP24.com on Monday, police would not reveal what led them to file a second charge of sexual assault without having spoken to the victim in the Bloor-Yonge Station incident but said that they do have “reasonable probable grounds to believe” the offence did in fact take place.
