A 51-year-old man is dead following a head-on crash in Caledon, Ontario Provincial Police have confirmed.
It happened on Highway 10 north of The Grange Side Road at around noon.
According to police, a vehicle was travelling north on Highway 10 when, for unknown reasons, it crossed over the centre line colliding with a gravel truck heading south.
The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified by police as Lynn Wark of Orangeville.
The driver of the truck was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
Highway 10 between Olde Base Line Road and Charleston Sideroad is closed as police continue to investigate.
