Toronto police have released a security camera image of a man who allegedly broke into a condo downtown and caused a large flood in the building after damaging a pipe.

According to police, on Sunday Nov. 16, 2014, an unknown man walked into a building located at 21 Widmer Street, near Adelaide and John streets.

Police say the suspect broke into a storage locker on the fifth floor and proceeded to go up to the 17th floor, where he damaged a stand pipe. The broken pipe caused a flood and 77 units were damaged as a result.

The suspect is described as a male between the ages of 19 and 25 and is approximately five-foot-ten with a medium build and short, dark hair. Police say at the time of the incident, the man had facial hair and was seen wearing a purple dress shirt, dark pants, and black shoes.
