A 15-year-old boy who was struck by a vehicle in the city’s east end earlier this month has succumbed to his injuries.
The boy was crossing Kennedy Road near Treverton Drive at around 8 p.m. on Dec. 20 when he was struck by a southbound truck.
He was originally rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries, but passed away Friday.
Traffic Services is investigating.
