Three young men accused of killing a father in front of his children at a Barrie mini-golf course may apply for bail later this month.
The men made a brief court appearance Wednesday morning before their case was put over to Aug. 31, when a bail hearing is expected to take place.
They are accused of killing 42-year-old Bradley Hubbard, who was stabbed in the neck with a broken putter Saturday.
It's believed Hubbard got into an argument with the suspects after his two daughters, aged 4 and 7, complained about rowdy people on the mini-golf course.
The Collingwood man had seven children.
Three Innisfil residents - Justin Spring, 18, Matthew Spring, 19, and Jake Workman, 18 - are charged with second-degree murder.
