After a late blast of winter weather, it appears spring is on the horizon.

There may be a few showers in Toronto Monday but the city will see double digit temperatures with a high of 13 C.

Some rain could come early tomorrow but sunny skies will dominate the forecast for the rest of the week.

By the end of the week, Toronto will be on an upward trend for mild temperatures.

According to Environment Canada, a high of 12 C is in the forecast on Friday and a beautiful weekend is on tap for the city.

The national weather agency is calling for sunny skies and a high of 16 C is on Saturday and Sunday will bring more sun and a high of 18 C.
