One person is dead and several others have been injured after a knife attack in a square in London, England.
As many as six people were found injured in Russell Square in central London after police were called there Wednesday night, local police said in a statement.
One woman was treated at the scene but pronounced dead a short time later.
The condition of the other victims was not immediately clear.
One man was Tasered by police and taken into custody in connection with the incident.
Police said they are exploring terrorism as one possible motive, but it is not yet clear what motivated the attack.
