TORONTO - Conrad Black's son has been arrested for allegedly breaching bail conditions.

Toronto police say Jonathan Black was arrested Sunday on two counts of failing to comply with a recognizance. Police would not give details.

The younger Black is scheduled to go on trial this month and in January on charges of breach of probation, harassment and uttering threats against an ex-girlfriend.

Black was charged last December after a woman told police he repeatedly called and texted her.

He was released on bail and banned from contacting her, but it's alleged that he did so and was charged again in March.

Trial dates have been set for Dec. 15 and Jan. 17.
