Police are investigating after a York University student was found dead in a basement apartment near the campus on Friday.
The body of the 23-year-old female was discovered inside a townhouse at 27 Aldwinckle Hts. this morning.
Homicide detectives have been notified and investigators are currently on scene.
Police say the circumstances surrounding the woman's death appear suspicious.
They are currently canvassing the area.
The victim's name has not been released.
