Getting around Toronto is about to get a little easier.
On Friday Zipcar Inc., a U.S.-based car sharing network, will bring their service to four Toronto subway stops.
Two vehicles will be placed at Leslie, Wilson, Eglinton West and Keele stations. The vehicles will be available for short-term use by Zipcar members.
The service charges users a monthly fee, allowing them to rent Zipcar vehicles by the hour. It's the first reserved parking of any kind for TTC parking lots.
A press conference is scheduled at Wilson station Friday at 11 a.m. TTC Chair Karen Stintz and General Manager of Zipcar Toronto Michael Lende will both speak.
