NEW YORK -- SiriusXM will live broadcast some of the performances from the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival for the first time.
The satellite radio service announced Tuesday that it would broadcast performances from Jack White, Alabama Shakes and others when the festival in Indio, California, kicks off Friday.
Performances from Hozier, Vance Joy, alt-J, Axwell & Ingrosso, Fitz & The Tantrums and Alesso will also broadcast live on SiriusXM.
SiriusXM's broadcast will air on Alt Nation channel 36 starting Friday at 2 p.m. Eastern.
Aside from White, AC/DC and Drake are the headliners for the famed festival, which plays over two weekends.
