Outspoken Toronto city councillor Karen Stintz says she will not run for the mayor’s job.
Stintz told The Globe and Mail, she will not be a candidate in replacing David Miller for the top council job.
Stintz says there are too many roadblocks and her biggest issue is that she's not allowed to launch her fundraising until papers can be officially filed on January 4.
She also claims stories on whether or not John Tory and George Smitherman will go for the mayor’s job is getting too much attention, according to the newspaper.
