The westbound lanes of Highway 401 have reopened in Milton following a collision early Thursday morning.
Ontario Provincial Police said the highway was closed for several hours between Regional Road 25 and Guelph Line.
Four people were transported to hospital as a result of the crash, police said.
The highway reopened at around 7:30 a.m.
