An 85-year-old man has been charged in connection with a collision that killed a pedestrian in Hamilton.
The collision happened shortly before 10 a.m. on Nov. 20, at the intersection of Upper Ottawa Street and Anson Avenue.
Police say an 83-year-old man was walking his dog, heading westbound in the crosswalk, when he was hit by a red, four-door sedan driving north.
Hamilton police say the pedestrian was rushed to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
Police are asking anyone with additional information to contact them or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
