One person has died following an industrial accident involving a tow truck in Brampton, police say.
It happened on Auction Lane, which is near Queen Street and Goreway Drive.
Peel Regional Police (PRP) said they were called to that area at 4:15 p.m.
They say emergency services attended and found a man without vital signs.
Life-saving measures were performed but he was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
This investigation is being led by the Ontario Ministry of Labour, with the help of PRP’s 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau.
Investigators say they do not have any further details to share at this time.
