All express lanes of Highway 401 are blocked in Scarborough on Thursday morning due to a jackknifed tractor-trailer.
The collision occurred near Morningside Avenue.
“It’s not great out there unfortunately,” CP24 Traffic Specialist Meital Sperling said Thursday.
“Definitely stick to those collector lanes heading into Scarborough.”
