A Toronto man is facing several charges after allegedly expositing himself to three victims.

Investigators further alleged that on Oct. 3, at approximately 12:10 a.m., a man followed a person who was getting off a TTC subway car at College Station. They got onto an escalator and the accused followed. He then allegedly exposed himself.

“The victim verbally confronted the accused, who fled the area,” Toronto Police Service said in a news release.

Adebayo Maoli, 28, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with one count of sexual assault and two counts of indecent act. The charges have not been tested in court.

He was scheduled to appear in bail court on Oct. 9.

Investigators believe there may be more victims.
