Toronto police are looking for an e-scooter rider who they said shot pellets at pedestrians walking along a trail last week.
Police said it happened on the Humber River Recreational Trail, southwest of Lambton Park, on Oct. 23 between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.
The suspect on a black stand-up e-scooter, using a black airsoft-style gun, allegedly fired multiple pellets at pedestrians.
Three people were struck, police said. The suspect was last seen travelling east on the trail toward Dundas Street West.
He is described as a white male, six feet tall with a thin build. He was wearing all-black sportswear and a black medical mask.
Police said the e-scooter has a red design on the rear.
They noted that there is no known video surveillance in the area and are asking anyone with information, including additional victims, to contact them.
